• The prices indicated in the catalogue are based on groups of minimum 25 participants, rooms with shower/WC and a stay of min. 3 nights. Prices for students refer to accommodation in 3-4 beds rooms.
  
  
• Travel arrangements include one place free every 25 participants in double room (incl. driver and tour guide). Any other "free place provisions" applying will be set out in details in the catalogue.

• In most of the hotels set out in the catalogue a full breakfast or breakfast buffet is available at supplement between € 1,60 and € 7,80. We stay at your full disposal for any queries you might have on this respect.
  
  
• This catalogue is valid until 31.12.2012 and complies with Italian and European rules in effect on 30.10.2011. If the law referred to above is amended after 30.10.2011, Gadis reserves the right to these amendments.
  
  
• All prices included in the catalogue are based upon 10% VAT hotel fares and 21% VAT for other services. If the above fares are increased, we reserve the right to adjust its prices accordingly.
